Dr. Neda Hovaizi Is an Exceptional Leader with Outstanding Commitment Towards Women

There is one word to describe Dr. Neda Hovaizi, and it’s phenomenal. She is a mother, wife, businesswoman, dentist, aesthetics expert, public speaker, author, etc. An innovator who wears many hats and uses her incredible experience to encourage us to trust in our abilities and be at our best.

Despite her many achievements, she finds beauty in personal transformation.

Founder of Fab Fierce Females, she started with a garden party at her home showcasing fashion by Lalla Be and Ellie Jian Millinery and floral arranging with Priscilla Romano in 2022. In 2023 the event grew to the rooftop of The Revere Hotel, and last year, 2024, was the debut of the first FFFCon, which blew us all away.

FFF is a purpose-based platform that connects female leaders and gives them the foundation to accelerate and build. The FFFCon 2024 was a success as it brought together local and international trailblazers from various fields to celebrate their perseverance. We can’t wait for FFFCon 2025; in the meantime, we get to know this visionary through an exclusive interview.

Latina: Your innovative approach to creating a convention that cultivates the importance of women, leadership, and humanity I found intriguing. How did the idea first originate, and what inspired you to start it?

Neda: Thank you so much! Well, it’s a funny story actually… I was in quarantine with Covid in August of 2022, and in my solitude, it was almost like I had this epiphany of clarity.

I had always wanted to find a group of women who truly understood me, inspired me, and were inspired by me, a community that wanted to see me grow while they too were growing. I guess I had always been waiting for this magical group of women to find me… and then that night, sick in bed with covid and all alone with only my own thoughts, I realized I didn’t have to wait for them to find me; I could invite them to my table and start the conversation—I realized it could all start from me. It seems so simple now, but really the idea for FFF was born from a place deep within my heart, my own desire to not only survive but to thrive—together with other women in a sisterhood of infinite incredibleness! I like to make up words when correct English vocabulary doesn’t suffice!

Really, it comes down to this: I have spent my life attaining what the world would call success in education, in my personal life, and in attaining my financial goals. But something was missing; I recognized that checking off the boxes I set for myself wasn’t what was going to bring me fulfillment.

I am so grateful for my work in the world of dentistry and medical aesthetics, because through helping people enhance their physical health and outer beauty, I realized that the most meaningful transformations happen when we also look inward—when we embrace our true selves and step into our own power.

It has become my purpose to create a space where women can see the strength in their femininity, understand their vulnerability as a superpower, and know that when we come together in collaboration over competition, we become invincible. FFF is the culmination of that vision—a mission to define a woman’s capabilities not by how they measure up to a man’s but in a celebrated, elevated, and iconic category of its own. To create a community where we stand to prove that embracing our femininity is not taking a back seat to leadership and authority but rather to pave a new path—one where we embrace love while we use its limitless powers to change the world in a way that it so desperately desires today.

When we, as aligned, purpose-driven women, step into our full potential, together we change the world.

Latina: Did you envision it to be an impactful space where self-growth and unity would take place?

Neda: Absolutely! FFFCon was built on the foundation of marrying personal development with leadership and business development. Where we didn’t have to fit into a man’s world but celebrate our own way of standing boldly at the forefront of every industry, we chose with our own brand of superpower fueled by love. I envisioned a space where women could come together to not only learn from industry leaders but also inspire each other through shared experiences. I wanted attendees to leave feeling more connected to themselves and to the incredible community of women around them.

The theme for FFFCon 2024, “Stepping Boldly into the Spotlight,” encouraged all of us to OWN who we are and proudly step into the spotlight and live in our full purpose. Seeing attendees form meaningful connections and witness their personal transformations reaffirmed the importance of creating this magical space.

Latina: As an entrepreneur, what is the greatest joy of your journey?

Neda: The greatest joy for me is witnessing the transformation that happens in the hearts of those I have the honor to work with. There’s something incredibly moving about seeing someone unlock their own greatness, whether it’s through a smile after a successful treatment or the light in their eyes when they realize their own limitless potential. As an entrepreneur, I get to play a part in that process, and that fills me with so much love and gratitude. There is no greater joy than seeing someone stand taller, speak louder, and believe more deeply in their worth.

Latina: Authenticity is something that stood out to me a lot during this year’s event. From the attendees to your collaborators, every woman was a gem. What legacy would you like to leave?

Neda: The legacy I hope to leave is one of unbounded love, authenticity, and an unwavering belief in the limitless power and potential of women. I want to create a world where no one feels they should hide parts of themselves to fit into the mold that society has carved out for us. I want my legacy to be a reminder that true power comes from embracing every part of who we are—our brilliance, our vulnerability, our strength, and our ability to love fiercely.

At FFFCon, I witnessed firsthand the magic that happens when women show up as their true selves—there’s a beauty, peace, and unlimited strength in that vulnerability, a radiance that can only be sparked when we allow ourselves to be fully seen. I hope my legacy inspires women to continue to be unapologetically authentic in everything they do, whether in business, in their personal lives, or in their relationships. When we stand in our truth, we give other women permission to do the same, and together, we create an unstoppable force for change.

Above all, I want to be remembered for creating a space where women could connect, collaborate, and elevate one another—because there is plenty of room at the top, and it’s so much more fun when we go together. If I can leave behind a community where women are inspired to lead with love, step into their power, and support one another in doing the same, I will feel that I’ve fulfilled my purpose.
