Bianca Diaz finds beauty in discomfort. A student at UMass Lowell studying marketing and international business, she isn’t intimidated by age or time. Multi-tasking has been her secret ingredient in navigating an entrepreneurial life.

Lisbeth Perdomo is no stranger to entrepreneurship. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, she previously offered services such as vocal lessons and music therapy, among others, at her music studio.

Founder of Fab Fierce Females, she started with a garden party at her home showcasing fashion by Lalla Be and Ellie Jian Millinery and floral arranging with Priscilla Romano in 2022. In 2023 the event grew to the rooftop of The Revere Hotel, and last year, 2024, was the debut of the first FFFCon, which blew us all away.

Sarah McDonald, aka Sarah Is Focused, is the owner of Focused Fitness. She launched the business in a transitional period. Her mission is to help clients reach their highest potential, liberate themselves from personal limiting mindsets, and find perseverance.
